JESUS THE MESSIAH

The Lord says: “I called Jesus alive unto Myself!”
“I cried so you may understand: there is allegory in his death!”

To die before dying — this is the secret of the metaphor;
The ego dies, the spirit rises — do not be astonished!

About Jesus the Lord says: “He is like the bearer of Nûn”;
Twenty-eight letters and twenty-two points form the Nûn!

From a dark pen the spirit draws: “A smoky image!”
Like the Night of Power — a pitch-black luminous body!

The “Black Stone” in the Kaaba became a symbol for him;
The Adam within us — both our father and our mother!

His body is traced with twenty-eight prophets;
His spirit — twenty-two saints, praise to the Creator!

For the “Mi‘raj,” depart from the body, mount this Adam-steed;
“In fifty thousand years the spirit ascends to Rahman!”

In Arabic the first letter means “one,” the last becomes “a thousand”;
“First and Last” are the same — only the veil differs!

“Moses came out of Egypt,” says the Torah fifty times;
Egypt is the body — the one who exits meets the one called Nûn!

The Jews called the fiftieth year Jubilee;
That year slave and master became equal!

The slave is the soul enslaved by its own brain;
Its master is Adam — when united, it becomes free!

Fifty days after Easter, the Gospel says,
The Spirit descended upon the disciples — the message is clear!

Easter is the day Jesus rose from his grave;
Your every moment must pass through this struggle!

Paul says: “Do you know why I strive endlessly?
So that I may give birth to you within this world!”

“Be victorious! Jesus promises the morning star!”
The Lord says: “Peace lasts until dawn on the Night of Power!”

“By that star I swear…” the Lord says, “He saw Me”;
Thus spirit, Venus, dawn, and peace become one meaning!

Look — why is the Pope’s mitre shaped like a fish?
Because the word “Nûn” means fish!

The Torah says: “On the fifth day great fish were created!”
“The Five” stand in Capricorn — find your Messiah and rise!

These fives are the two hands with twenty-eight joints;
Descend into your spine to charge them!

Moses showed ten miracles with ten fingers;
Pharaoh cried, “Magic!” — he sought another shock!

From the spine Moses released the giant;
The final duty is freeing the giant trapped in the bottle!

The serpent from the staff flashes like lightning;
It moves in zigzags — Pharaoh bows down!

On Sinai, Rahman wrote the “Ten Commands” for Moses;
Meaning the Lord too is a ten-fingered being of light!

Here is Jesus, bearer of this human called “Nûn”;
Whoever possesses this essence becomes the Lord’s deputy!

Jesus became master to Mary, the purified feminine soul;
For the graft made from spirit, Allah calls him “Messiah”!

At night the spirit swims outside the body in an ocean of light;
Like Jonah’s fish, it follows Noah’s trace!

By day it returns to the body and lives in the earth;
It has a home both in heaven and on earth — astonishing to humankind!

The one who finds the spirit becomes like a merman;
Earth or sea-depth makes no difference to him!

The saint cannot be dissolved when the body is swallowed;
For in the fish’s belly he prostrates to the Lord!

After “three days” the body-fish casts out Jonah;
Adam leaves the prison, unharmed by the body!

The fish did not release Jonah before repentance;
Thus the fish is the beast that swallows the spirit!

Repentance means returning to the origin — find the spirit and emerge!
Therefore the door of repentance remains open until death!

The spirit is “Jesus the Messiah,” crucified in the body;
Four jinns nail him there — this is physical intellect!

The body is the cross upon which our spirit is stretched;
Fire, air, water, earth — these are the nails!

He removed the nail of ego within “four days”;
Then on the “third day” he cried out: “Elijah!”

That Elijah — also Khidr, Yahya, and Ali by name;
He tested Jonah, Moses, and Mary alike!

“There is no believer who dies without seeing him!”
The Lord says — meaning the body hides the Messiah within the heart!

Die before dying — either you see him now,
Or you see him as your spirit departs at life’s end!

The Lord says: “Do We not show signs in the heavens?”
Lift your head and look with the eye of wisdom!

The Sun in the sky is the symbol of the Essence of pure light;
On earth its name is “Jesus the Messiah,” Hazrat Ali!

Why does Christmas fall on the longest night of the year?
Because the days begin to grow longer afterward!

On the twenty-fourth of December it is as if light is born;
The Lord drowns the darkness that covers the light!

The sign of Virgo stands in the east that night;
Jesus’ birth from a virgin — through Mary!

Look, the pinecone of the tree forms a pyramid;
The pyramid means flame, bound to the triangle!

For the flame of a gas lamp resembles a triangle;
Three primary colors — an Alevi says — are “Allah, Lord, and Spirit”!

As the Sun rises northward from the hemisphere,
In Aquarius it waters the earth — this is baptism!

When the Sun crosses upward from below the equator,
It cuts the equator like a crucifixion!

Jesus was sacrificed to Allah on the cross — why?
Because at that moment the Sun stood in Aries!

The Sun remains at its peak for three days before descending;
Jesus says: “I stay three days with my Father!”

Then it passes through twelve constellations until Capricorn;
He chooses twelve apostles as companions!

Jesus says: “After me another Paraklesis will come!”
Meaning another prophet — there is no trinity!

Allah says of Jesus the Messiah: “He is just like Adam!”
Then prostrate — unless you are Iblis!

ACADEMIC FOOTNOTES

1. Raising of Jesus (Nisa 4:157–158).
The text echoes the Qur’anic motif that Jesus was not killed but raised by Allah. The phrase “allegory in death” parallels the expression shubbiha lahum (“it appeared so to them”).

2. “Die before dying.”
A well-known Sufi teaching symbolizing ego-annihilation (fanâ). Comparable themes exist in Christian mysticism (“death of the old self”) and Buddhist non-self doctrines.

3. Nûn symbolism and letter mysticism.
The metaphysical interpretation of letters resembles Islamic ‘ilm al-hurûf traditions and Jewish Kabbalistic letter symbolism.

4. Fish imagery and Christian Ichthys.
The fish symbol historically represents Jesus in early Christianity; the poem blends Islamic letter symbolism with Christian iconography.

5. Jubilee Year (Leviticus 25).
The fiftieth year theme reflects ancient Hebrew social restoration laws, interpreted mystically as liberation from bodily bondage.

6. Pentecost.
The descent of the Spirit fifty days after Easter (Acts 2) is interpreted here as an inner spiritual awakening.

7. Paraklesis Debate.
Christian theology understands the Parakletos as the Holy Spirit, whereas some Islamic interpretations view it as a future prophet.

8. Jonah Motif.
Jonah’s three days in the fish symbolize transformation through darkness — a motif shared across Abrahamic traditions.

9. Four Elements and the Cross.
The fusion of classical cosmology (fire, air, water, earth) with Christian symbolism reflects medieval esoteric synthesis rather than orthodox doctrine.

10. Christmas and Solar Symbolism.
The association between Christmas and the rebirth of light reflects historical debates about solar festivals and theological calendrical symbolism.

INTERRELIGIOUS PARALLELS FOUND IN THE TEXT

1. Islam – Christianity – Judaism

  • Jesus’ ascent, Jonah’s fish, Moses’ Sinai revelation, and Jubilee law integrate motifs from all three Abrahamic religions.

  • The poem reframes historical narratives as inner spiritual processes.

2. Sufi Mysticism – Christian Mysticism

  • “Die before dying” parallels St. Paul’s “I die daily” and Meister Eckhart’s ego-emptying teachings.

3. Jewish Kabbalah – Islamic Hurufism

  • Numerical symbolism of letters (Nûn, 28 letters, points) resembles Kabbalistic gematria and Sufi letter metaphysics.

4. Hermetic / Neoplatonic Cosmology

  • The four elements and solar cycles connect the poem to ancient Greek and late antique mystical cosmology shared across Mediterranean traditions.

5. Astro-Theological Symbolism

  • Twelve constellations with twelve apostles echo symbolic correspondences found in both early Christian allegory and Hellenistic esotericism.
