TWO TREES (The Tree of Life)
TWO TREES (The Tree of Life). The Torah says: “‘The Tree of Life stood on the eastern side!’” “‘Mary goes eastward to wash herself!’” — there the mysteries abide! The gate of the Ka‘bah too faces toward the East’s domain! The Ka‘bah gained renown because Earth’s center there remains!
APOCALYPSE BOOK

TWO TREES
You said, “Paradise was upon the Earth” — I congratulate you indeed!
You said, “Âdem descended from above” — this, too, I concede!
But in your view, “Paradise was but a garden upon a mountain high!”
“And then they descended to the plain!” — Ulugh nearly went mad thereby!
Such guesses covered the screen with mist and cloudy hue!
Would “Ceviz Kabuğu” grant a true expert any due?
For she herself admitted she was not an expert sage!
And knowing what one does not know is virtue’s noblest stage!
Now listen to me, Madam, if you truly wish to see!
Let once the wit of man prevail over woman’s subtlety!
There are no mountains in Paradise! Read Torah and Qur’ân right!
Âdem did not descend that way! His texture changed from light!
When transparency grows dense, its vibrations then descend!
Humanity falls from higher veils and becomes veiled in the end!
“Who knows his self shall know his RABB!” — the truest word indeed!
“‘The knowing and unknowing differ!’” — for essence is the creed!
Nafs is a feminine word! “Havvâ” is the name thereof!
Havvâ — the transparent and abstract body of Âdem above!
His spouse emerged from Âdem’s left side! And why was this so done?
Because the left symbolizes soul, the right the RÛH as one!
“‘Your selves are your spouses,’” behold, the verse declares to all!
Âdem is the breathed-in RÛH! The true spouse beyond the veil’s wall!
Han, Hanım, Beg, Begüm! Man, Woman, Mister, Lady fair!
The feminine word emerged from man! This truth lies open there!
“‘The RABB created Âdem in His own image!’” so it is said!
“‘Male and female He created!’” — dual-sexed being widespread!
That created Âdem shone transparent, radiant, bright!
Since he resembled his RABB, who is pure NÛR and Light!
The Torah says: “Not him alone, but them He did create!”
This points toward multiplicity — a truth both vast and great!
“‘We made you vicegerents upon the Arz,’” the sacred verse makes known!
We are the first race to inherit Earth — this truth is clearly shown!
The trees in Paradise were the first innocent race of light!
Consciousness was slight therein! No lust disturbed their sight!
Their breath was pure! No passion burned! They fed on light alone!
Pure RÛH gives not consciousness if flesh has not yet grown!
The roots must enter into soil! Earth-clothing is required!
Embodiment within the dust is what the law desired!
Every human then was tall — like towering poplar trees!
They kept on growing endlessly! No greed their hearts could seize!
“Resurrection” was not delayed until the Judgment Day afar!
Rebirth came immediately after death — no distant star!
Transparent skin departed, and more transparent forms arrived!
Without awareness, finer bodies inwardly survived!
Like certain trees, both male and female were they in one frame!
Only in the third race did divided genders come by name!
Notice well: the verse says not “world,” but rather “‘Arz!’” instead!
Thus dense “Dunyâ” and subtle “‘Arz’” are separately widespread!
If Âdem was created from the substance of this Arz,
Then Arz itself must also be transparent by its stars!
Paradise was the first transparent Arz — the race of Abraham’s line!
What could fossil science know? There were no skeletons to find!
“Sekine (Shekinah)” had been clothed upon the first race there upon the Arz!
Upon the Arz it was called “Sâkîne,” while the race split into seven parts!
“‘Seven seas could never write My words!’” Allah declares outright!
Here Allah points toward the seven sub-races hidden from sight!
The Arz was like the “Fire of Sinai” — each person was volcano flame!
Ablution was performed with fire! The Pole was space’s name!
“‘I am naked, cold, and hungry!’” — thus Âdem cried in grief!
The moment cast from Paradise, when Sekine (Shekinah) found relief!
Lord did not say unto Âdem: “Prostrate before Me now!” Why so?
Because pure races needed neither prayer nor sacred show!
All remained in trance-like states! Intellect had not appeared!
They gazed upon their RABB directly! Essence stood unveiled and clear!
For this reason Âdem bears the name “SÂFIYULLAH” in lore!
From the “First Âdem” emerged the body of this transparent core!
“The First Âdem!” — the model of this pure race within Allah’s sight!
That is “Allah’s primordial nature!” Its name: MUHAMMED ÂLÎ!
THE TREE OF LIFE
Paradise was a school of RÛH — not merely orchards bearing fruit!
What is meant by the “‘Tree of Life’” is “Sekine (Shekinah)” — incline unto the RÛH absolute!
The soul eats wheat within the world, and Sekine (Shekinah) in Paradise above!
Whoever seeks Sekine (Shekinah) must descend to Earth’s deep center thereof!
The Torah says: “‘The Tree of Life stood on the eastern side!’”
“‘Mary goes eastward to wash herself!’” — there the mysteries abide!
The gate of the Ka‘bah too faces toward the East’s domain!
The Ka‘bah gained renown because Earth’s center there remains!
“‘The people of Paradise stand upon the right side!’” Why this decree?
Because East, oath, and right are one same word linguistically!
A vertical axis from Earth’s center passes through the poles above!
The needle of the magnet turns toward the Northern Pole thereof!
The axis turning the millstone is the Pole — the Kutub sublime!
Kutub is he who grasps his own RÛH and transcends space and time!
The Hâcer-i Esved is the right hand of Lord — direction of the East!
Zamzam is the never-drying spring before the gate increased!
From that Stone the Earth first began to densify and descend!
The world was formed! The white stone blackened! Prostration became law in the end!
Within the Ka‘bah lies the footprint of Abraham still displayed!
They say the Earth once had soft texture — thus reflection is conveyed!
The human too begins as but a single living cell!
The moment man and woman join and conception there befell!
Îsâ gave his chosen friend the sacred name of “Peter” there!
And said: “Build the temple upon Peter! It is worthy and fair!”
Peter means “stone” — the cornerstone upon which temples rise!
The subtle Earth was built from this stone beneath primordial skies!
Pythagoras preached beside a stone — and why was this his way?
To teach that stone itself becomes interpreter one day!
Stone! And the “RÛH” is Allah’s vicegerent, interpreter divine!
That is the Âdem in Paradise — unknown to the crude and blind!
The Pope now dwells within Saint Peter’s Church renowned afar!
Îsâ was stoned with stones — and thus unheard became his star!
For the Ka‘bah Allah says: “‘The first sanctuary upon the Earth!’”
Whoever turns away from this Stone becomes stone from birth!
Dunyâ means “the lower place” — its root derives from “denî” low!
So long as we remain dense, civilization cannot grow!
RAHMAN says: “‘At Resurrection the Earth shall cast away its weight!’”
“‘The dead shall rise again!’” the moment Earth grows transparent and straight!
This Earth is both the world itself and your own earthly frame!
From behind the veil shall emerge the One who fashioned your name!
And what emerges shall be none other than your own true face!
The angel became the first Âdem — bow before your own grace!
Every attribute of Lord becomes embodied in a Name!
And every Name appears within a saint reflecting it the same!
Both FÂTMA and MUHAMMED are the ERRAHÎM Name of Lord!
One became the body of Earth, the other the body of the World!
For this reason the RESÛL declared: “FÂTMA is a part of me!”
Just as the left hand corresponds unto the right hand visibly!
Thus he gave her unto ÂLÎ saying: “She is my very soul!”
“‘The two seas met each other through a channel reaching whole!’”
Lord says: “‘From the two seas emerge the pearl and coral bright!’”
One gave life through diamond dust, the other through blood’s red light!
HASAN and HÜSEYİN! MUHAMMED and ÂLÎ in octave changed degree!
This is the meaning of the saying: “The child is the father’s mystery!”
THE FORBIDDEN TREE
Let us pause the discourse here and return again to Âdem’s state!
To that moment when Lord’s knowledge filled him with ecstatic weight!
“Lord is Knowledge!” — the abstract fruit made the transparent soul refined!
And ever more excitement stirred within his RÛH and mind!
“Eating fruit” became the phrase for receiving sacred lore! Why so?
Because what is eaten enters cells and then begins to grow!
The mystery revealed to Âdem wove abstract cells within his frame!
In every cell he read “Allah’s primordial nature” by name!
These were not forbidden knowledges — all remained abstract and pure!
Food for the RÛH alone they were! “Paradise” remained secure!
Once abstract food enters subtle flesh, it leaves behind no waste!
But when it enters dense material flesh, corruption comes in haste!
The “forbidden fruit” had drawn the curiosity of Âdem’s sight!
For it contained the knowledge of “Resurrection” hidden from the light!
The secret of reviving dead ones had been concealed from him before!
He thought: “It was forbidden lest I live forevermore!”
For through “Sekine (Shekinah)” his soul was endlessly renewed anew!
Yet he interpreted this saying: “I am not immortal too!”
Already he had doubted: “A separation has begun somehow!
The exalted beings received no command to prostrate — why not now?”
When he asked Lord concerning this, He answered him in this way:
“Twelve Imâms, Ahmed, and FÂTMA — these are their names today!
Into every realm they descend in forms befitting each domain!
They become the saints called Threes and Fives and Sixes once again!
Their essences remain eternal! Reflections mirror them in all!
This is called ‘Establishing upon the Throne’ — seek it within your soul!
They too shall come forth from you within the realm of Paradise!
You shall become among the ‘We’ — say: ‘I am Âdem upon the Arz!’
Fear not! I did not grant to you the secret power over death!
The right of resurrection belongs to the final Imâm Mehdî yet!”
This then was the “forbidden tree” — rooted in primordial lore!
And primordial nature is intertwined with the “HANÎF DÎN” at core!”
Havvâ then said unto Âdem: “Until Mehdî’s destined day,
Every being born shall die, though faithful they may stay!
Let us teach to every soul the secret of reviving dead!”
And Âdem grasped the hidden mystery — the final enchantment fled!
When his body grew more dense, Âdem then understood the reason why:
One must first become dead before returning back to life!
And death was possible only within the Dunyâ below! Why so?
Because only within the Dunyâ did clay-bound bodies grow!
Paradise itself became the Dunyâ once he clothed himself in flesh!
For his soul became attached unto Paradise afresh!
For Lord had said unto the world: “Now bring forth thorns instead!”
And Âdem became deserving of thorn like camels fed!
Every tree became a cross that crucified Âdem in pain!
His skin became an animal hide, and hunger with him remained!
Though the One who created him had entrusted him his primordial nature divine,
His body became “a donkey laden with books” through fate’s decline!
“An ignorant one” — meaning “Âdem who knows not himself!” said Lord Most High!
And one who wrongs his own self is surely unjust thereby!
Even though Lord created the first Arz “within six days” in decree,
He did not hasten toward the coming of the seventh race to be!
RAHMAN says concerning humankind: “Indeed, he is hasty by birth!”
And ERRAHMAN equates him with the Name “The Patient” upon the Earth!
“Penis and vagina!” became the “Tree of Life” thereafter known!
The language of the heart gave way unto spoken tongues alone — what sorrow shown!
The physical body forgot the formula for reviving the dead once more!
And “humanity awaiting Mehdî” became its worldly lore!
“Since I have darkened my own essence, forgive me!” Âdem cried in shame!
He descended from nowhere at all — only Âdem changed the same!
FORGIVENESS
The “HANÎF DÎN” consists solely in never severing from one’s Essence divine!
The physical being that betrays it finds itself upon the Arz in time!
“‘It shall be cooked, remaining within the fire through ages long!’”
By “changing skins,” the race of humankind is purified lifelong!
Black, red, yellow, and white-skinned beings now remain!
When the other colors disappear, transparent bodies shall regain!
Like the serpent, both mankind and Earth shed skin anew!
After “seven ages,” they become Allah’s devoted crew!
“The world! A serpent frozen into stone in winter’s sleep profound!
Remain upon its back until it wakes and swallows all around!”
Mevlânâ thus revealed the Earth’s great secret briefly, pure, concise!
Who understood performed the semah — the rest fled toward the mosque device!
The serpent of Mûsâ stands as enemy unto Pharaoh’s reign!
It is the moment of ascension — or the hour when one is slain!
Messiah! In Hebrew “Meshiah!” And “Nahash!” — the serpent’s name!
The same numerical value! What emerges from you after death the same! (358)
Behold, the dragon symbol stands in every ancient sanctuary old!
Say unto it: “At the final day upon the Arz, your primordial nature shall unfold!”
The “Creature of the Earth” is its other Qur’anic designation clear!
The soul exits the earthly body — while its transparent form emerges from the Arz sphere!
In Arabic, its name means “the one who strikes the ground below!”
Gravity no longer binds him! Upright stands the child of Âdem so!
In the Book, it is called the “Scale of Resurrection” for all to see!
The departing soul is weighed instantly with all its history!
“‘It separates believer from unbeliever at once!’” the scripture says!
The state in which you dwell determines judgment in those days!
The evil soul grows even worse once it emerges from the clay!
For then it stands released at last from conscience’s restraining sway!
As the creature escaping the cage runs gladly toward the forest wild,
It becomes savage in delight — for beastly was its nature styled!
The Arab says: “In Arabic, torment derives from sweetness’ root!”
Behold! The Creator fashioned fire itself as body for Satan’s suit!
The good become far better after death! And why is this decreed?
Because they stand at last face to face with conscience in full heed!
Lord says: “‘I return sin in equal measure unto man!’”
But goodness has no equal measure — “Mercy” is pure love’s own span!
The Arab writes the world as “DNIA” in script displayed!
Rearrange the letters: “ADNÎ!” — in Hebrew: “RABB!” conveyed!
Lowly Dunyâ! In the seventh age the Arz becomes Paradise restored!
“‘The righteous shall inherit it!’” — thus they become among the “We” of Lord!
Now we are the fifth race! The Arz revolves within the fourth great sphere!
Transparency has now begun — call this the first turning point made clear!
The Age of Aquarius stands upon the horizon’s distant frame!
A sign of vision — yet after catastrophe shall come the leap aflame!
Then shall arise the seventh race and the Arz grow transparent once again!
Only then shall forgiveness emerge from Allah unto men!
EXECUTION
In the final race, “MEHDΔ becomes the one who passes every class!
Then shall be separated those who choose the “Straight Path” from the “Steep Ascent” at last!
Whenever something burns, both smoke and light emerge thereby!
And mixed among all coals there lies a hidden ore nearby!
The lazy portion of the world shall break away and become the Moon!
There shall be sent the stragglers of the final race too soon!
“‘When Resurrection nears, the Moon shall split!’” the verse declares outright!
The Moon’s relation unto Earth and humankind is plain to sight!
“Mercury and the Moon transport the soul! The Sun delivers judgment’s flame!
Mars performs the execution! The world wraps its mummy frame!”
The Moon both clothes and strips away the transparent skin once more!
It is both Cebrâil and Azrâil — a “double-horned bow” at core!
The diligent become Mehdî, and the world transforms into “Paradisal Arz!”
No particle of Earth remains, nor flesh within humanity’s bars!
Humankind shall not remain merely pure like angels in the sky!
From “I” to primordial consciousness, unto the “We” they rise nearby!
“‘One day we shall even judge the angel!’” thus the saying came!
And in this declaration, thanks be to Allah, the Holy Father spoke with rightful aim!
THE SAINTS OF THE UNSEEN
The Torah speaks of descent, while the Gospel tells ascent!
One says: “I am important!” One says: “Do not be self-intent!”
There are no coded letters within the Torah or Gospel’s frame!
This is what makes the Qur’ân the final Book in name!
All the mysteries of the “‘UNSEEN’” are hidden in this Book’s embrace!
The “saints of the unseen” know them — they are the intellect of Lord’s grace!
“Allah reveals the unseen unto whom He chooses!” — though now but few!
“He shares not the unseen with all, but only with the chosen true!”
Allah spoke concerning “the ancients” and “those brought near” before:
“They once were many in number — now only few remain once more!”
At the end of the third race and the dawn of the fourth begun,
Humanity was still transparent — and among the exalted ones!
“These are now called the oldest of the old!” in wisdom’s tongue!
There are but few within the fifth race — yet they are not wholly gone! Seek among!
In the Torah, man is called “Adam!” and the earth is named “ADAME!”
Come now — call the Arz itself the human body if you may!
Know that the North Pole is the head of our terrestrial sphere!
The “saints of the unseen” still perform initiation there!
The North is Kutub — the single safety valve of the Arz entire!
A gate through which excess electric force is discharged from the fire!
The Arz owes all its life unto the Pole that serves as gate!
ÂLÎ said: “‘The roots of the Tûbâ Tree of Paradise stand in the heavens’ state!’”
The “forbidden tree!” — our highest consciousness of Lord above!
The soul within Paradise is angelic — its RABB appears a mirage thereof!
The angel is innocent and pure, yet knows not its own essence true!
The only path leading unto Allah is Allah’s “Religion of Primordial Nature” through!
Mere survival alone was never the purpose of the soul’s design!
The “Tree of Life” was not transferred unto the Arz — awaken your mind!
The soul must first attain self-consciousness within materiality’s sea!
The pearl emerges not unless imprisoned within the oyster’s secrecy!
Above self-consciousness exists the consciousness of the “RÛH” sublime!
The imitator-clergy call this “Cebrâil” through borrowed signs!
The only bridge connecting the RÛH unto the RABB is “Sekine (Shekinah)” bright!
A unique treasure overflowing inwardly with wisdom’s light!
The Arz was formed in six days — Âdem upon the seventh came to birth!
Ascend the seven races step by step: “Rise upon your feet upon the Earth!”
SYNTHESIS
Your surname, HATEMİ, means “the final one” in subtle lore!
Îsâ said: “The last shall be the first!” Reflect upon it more!
Between the first seed and the final seed stretches the line of the tree!
The Dunyâ is the bridge between two Âdems — open your eyes and see!
This is why they call it the “Bridge of Sirât” by sacred name!
Those unable to cross it pay the price with life and pain!
Hugo says: “Lord created the first Âdem in the beginning’s dawn!”
“But when shall the age of the second Âdem finally be born?”
The hunchback of Notre Dame fell in love with beauty’s face!
Trying to tear the ugly tumor from his back in desperate grace!
The final Âdem shall clothe every soul with “Sound” one day!
Whatever He says “Be!” unto, comes instantly that way!
“This Sound” is the “Name unknown even unto Iblîs” in decree!
Without the seed, the blind material body can create nothing to be!
“‘The ugliest sound upon the Earth is the braying of the donkey!’” says the verse!
The “FATHER” wishes you to produce the “Creative Sound” from the universe!
“‘In Paradise there is no idle speech!’” — only “Peace” remains there bright!
“‘When Zekeriyyâ fell silent, Yahyâ was born!’” Take heed from this insight!
Lord says: “‘The idols you worship cannot create even a fly!’”
This idol is our animal soul — not Âdem! Few know why!
“‘The Exalted Assembly is completely full!’” — emptiness there cannot be!
Every Arz beyond the Dunyâ is filled with transparent saints to see!
The Torah calls it the “Circle” — a flying sphere in motion vast!
While the physical body stands upright — for now, this state shall last!
If it prostrated unto itself, it too would become a circle complete!
Thus prayer became obligatory in every religion’s seat!
“‘Those who are in the heavens glorify!’” declares the sacred verse above!
“Persons” clearly means conscious beings — this truth is plain enough!
“‘Humanity was made superior to many of what Lord created!’” indeed!
Meaning: superior unto those beings — and more besides by grace decreed!
ERRAHMAN expelled every devil from every place! And why?
So that through densification, secrets might be forgotten by and by!
“‘The devils are never permitted near the Constellations!’” says the lore!
Seek the reason for this within their density at core!
“‘You already were among the unbelievers!’” said Lord when expelling Iblîs away!
“Iblîs was surely a ‘Jinn’ remaining dense from a former Arz’s day!”
He can no longer be born upon our Arz because his age has passed away!
Instead he infiltrates the spinal cord and brain in hidden sway!
The end of every race is a passage called “Barzakh” in the Qur’ân’s decree!
A “small Resurrection,” repaid through sin and virtue equally!
Six rounds form but one match — the seventh round is the grand finale’s flame!
That is the “Great Resurrection!” Work hard — and win the Cup of fame!
Know well! The first two races were innocent yet unconscious still!
Merely beholding Allah does not make one a servant by free will!
Do not wait for the final race! “Paradisal Arz” remains forever open wide!
Enter through the point within your heart — and into abstract space abide!
In the Torah, Paradise is written “Ginet” — with G, N, T displayed! (x)
The initials of three systems of letter-calculation there conveyed!
This then is the secret of Paradise, Mrs. Kezban HATEMİ!
Leave “the Unknown” unto one who truly “Knows,” if it please thee!
The servant of the ÂL-İ ABÂ knows the “SCIENCE OF THE BOOK” in full array!
Would CEVİZOĞLU perhaps grant this poor one a chance to speak one day?

DEEP ESOTERIC COMMENTARY ON THE TEXT “TWO TREES”
I. “PARADISE WAS UPON THE EARTH”: THE LOST TRANSPARENT WORLD
The text begins with the statement:
“Paradise was upon the Earth.”
Here, Paradise is not celestial, but the ancient state of Earth existing at a different vibrational level.
This approach departs from the classical understanding of heavenly religion.
Paradise here is understood not as:
another location,
but as:another vibration,
another density,
another level of consciousness.
Footnote 1
In Theosophy, the earliest periods of humanity exist within semi-etheric worlds.
Footnote 2
In the Gnostic tradition, the Fall is not spatial but an ontological densification.
Footnote 3
In Sufism, Paradise is at times interpreted as a state of consciousness.
II. THE TRANSPARENT BODY AND THE FALL OF VIBRATION
The poem states:
“When transparency becomes dense, its vibrations descend.”
Thus, the Fall is described not as physical descent, but as a transformation of frequency.
This approach lies at the core of modern esotericism.
The human being:
begins as a body of light,
then densifies,
becomes heavier,
materializes,
and forgets.
Footnote 4
In Hermetic traditions, the soul becomes denser as it descends.
Footnote 5
In Kabbalah, the descent of the soul into matter is explained through the metaphor of “thickening.”
Footnote 6
In Sufism, multiplicity (kesret) is regarded as veiling.
III. HAVVÂ: THE ESOTERIC MEANING OF THE NAFS
The text declares:
“Nafs is a feminine word! Havvâ is the name of this nafs!”
Here, Havvâ is not a literal woman, but the symbol of the nafs.
The poet constructs a dualistic structure:
Havvâ = soul/self (can)
Âdem = spirit (RÛH)
Footnote 7
In Sufism, the nafs is often associated with feminine symbolism.
Footnote 8
In Kabbalah, the feminine principle represents receptive nature.
Footnote 9
In Gnosticism, Sophia is the feminine wisdom responsible for the Fall.
IV. THE SYMBOLISM OF LEFT AND RIGHT
The poem states:
“Because the left symbolizes soul, and the right symbolizes Spirit.”
This right-left dualism appears in many mystical traditions.
Footnote 10
In Kabbalistic tradition, the right pillar symbolizes mercy, while the left symbolizes force.
Footnote 11
In Tantra, the Ida and Pingala channels correspond to lunar and solar polarities.
Footnote 12
In Sufism, the right side may symbolize light (nûr), while the left symbolizes the nafs.
V. “THE LORD CREATED ÂDEM IN HIS OWN IMAGE”: IS THE HUMAN DIVINE?
The statement:
“The Lord created Âdem in His own image”
is based upon the Torahic doctrine of imago Dei.
Here, the human being is interpreted not as separate from God, but as:
His mirror,
His manifestation,
His reflection.
Footnote 13
The Kabbalistic concept of Âdem Kadmon represents the Divine Human archetype.
Footnote 14
Ibn Arabî regards the human as the most comprehensive mirror of Allah.
Footnote 15
In Hermetic tradition, the human is described as the “second god.”
VI. THE ANDROGYNOUS COSMIC HUMAN
The text interprets the phrase:
“Male and female He created”
as a doctrine of the androgynous primordial human.
Footnote 16
In Plato’s Symposium, the primordial human is dual-sexed.
Footnote 17
In Kabbalah, the primordial human is a unity of masculine and feminine principles.
Footnote 18
In alchemy, the figure of the Rebis symbolizes the perfected androgynous being.
VII. THE TREES OF PARADISE: THE FIRST RACES
The poem states:
“The trees in Paradise were the first innocent race.”
Here, humanity is described through the metaphor of the tree.
The tree signifies:
lineage,
a line of consciousness,
an energetic axis,
a life-form.
Footnote 19
The Tree of Life in Kabbalah represents both the structure of the human and the universe.
Footnote 20
In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil is the cosmic tree of life.
VIII. TRANSPARENT RACES AND THE ROOT RACE DOCTRINE
The text openly employs the Theosophical doctrine of the Root Races.
Humanity is described as passing through stages of:
transparency,
semi-etheric existence,
physical embodiment,
and eventual re-illumination.
Footnote 21
There is a direct parallel with Blavatsky’s Root Race doctrine.
Footnote 22
The idea of transparent humanity is one of the central motifs of modern esotericism.
IX. “SEKÎNE”: COSMIC ENERGY
The poem states:
“Sekine (Shekinah) had been clothed upon the first race upon the Arz.”
Here, Sekine (Shekinah) is interpreted not merely as divine tranquility, but as:
an energetic field,
a spiritual vibration,
a mantle of light.
Footnote 23
In Sufism, sekîne signifies divine serenity and light (nûr).
Footnote 24
The Kabbalistic Shekhinah likewise forms a feminine field of sacred presence.
X. “THE FIRE OF SÎNA”: VOLCANIC COSMOGONY
The text declares:
“The Arz was like the Fire of Sîna.”
Thus, it establishes a metaphysics of cosmic fire.
Footnote 25
In Hermetic tradition, fire is the principle of transformation.
Footnote 26
In Zoroastrianism, sacred fire symbolizes divine knowledge.
Footnote 27
Mûsâ’s Sinai experience is a narrative of luminous manifestation (tecelli).
XI. “SAFIYULLAH”: THE FIRST TRANSPARENT HUMANITY
The statement:
“For this reason, Âdem’s name is Safiyullah”
describes the primordial purity of humanity.
Footnote 28
In Sufism, Âdem is regarded as the pure mirror of the divine names.
Footnote 29
In Gnostic traditions, the primordial human is a being of light.
XII. THE TREE OF LIFE: SEKINE (SHEKINAH) AND SPIRITUAL NOURISHMENT
The poem states:
“What is meant by the Tree of Life is Sekine (Shekinah).”
This interpretation is profoundly significant.
The Tree of Life here is understood not as biological, but as the source of:
energetic nourishment,
spiritual sustenance,
consciousness itself.
Footnote 30
The Kabbalistic Etz Chaim (Tree of Life) represents the structure of living spiritual energy.
Footnote 31
In Taoism, there exist similar symbols of the Tree of Immortality.
XIII. THE SYMBOLISM OF THE EAST
The text states:
“The Tree of Life stood upon the eastern side.”
Here, the East symbolizes:
the direction from which light arises,
spiritual beginning,
awakening of consciousness.
Footnote 32
In nearly all ancient traditions, the East is regarded as the sacred direction.
Footnote 33
Most mystical rituals are performed facing the East.
XIV. THE METAPHYSICS OF THE KA‘BAH AND THE POLE
The statement:
“The Ka‘bah became renowned because it is the center of the world”
reflects the Hermetic doctrine of the axis mundi.
The Ka‘bah here is interpreted not as a merely spatial center, but as:
an energetic pole,
a cosmic axis,
a spiritual focal point.
Footnote 34
The concept of the axis mundi exists in virtually all mystical traditions.
Footnote 35
The doctrine of the Pole (Kutub) is one of the central concepts of Sufism.
XV. THE HÂCER-I ESVED AND THE COSMIC STONE
The poem states:
“The Hâcer-i Esved is the right hand of Lord.”
Here, the Stone is regarded as:
the kernel of consciousness,
the point of densification,
an energetic node.
Footnote 36
Meteoric stones were considered sacred in many ancient cultures.
Footnote 37
In Kabbalah, the Foundation Stone is regarded as the center of the universe.
XVI. THE “FORBIDDEN TREE”: KNOWLEDGE OF RESURRECTION
One of the text’s most important interpretations is:
“The forbidden fruit was the knowledge of Resurrection.”
This approach strongly parallels Gnostic traditions.
Knowledge here is understood as a power that is:
liberating,
transformative,
dangerous,
consciousness-awakening.
Footnote 38
In Gnosticism, the forbidden fruit symbolizes gnosis — salvific knowledge.
Footnote 39
In Kabbalah, hidden knowledge may corrupt the unprepared individual.
XVII. “THE TWELVE IMÂMS”: COSMIC ARCHETYPES
The poem contains the statement:

THE SYMBOLISM OF THE TREE OF LIFE, THE UNSEEN, AND THE COSMIC CENTER
In ancient mystical traditions, the “Tree of Life” is not merely a mythological symbol, but a cosmic map expressing the living structure of existence itself. In esoteric teachings, this tree represents the network of spiritual energy. The invisible bonds between the human being, the universe, and the divine source are conveyed through this symbol. The Kabbalistic doctrine of Etz Chaim is among the profound metaphysical expressions of this same understanding. The Tree of Life symbolizes the spiritual axis connecting the various layers of existence. Its roots extend into the unseen realm, while its branches reach into the material world. Thus, a symbolic parallel is established between the inner structure of the human being and the structure of the cosmos.
The symbol of the Forbidden Tree is likewise among the most mysterious images of esoteric traditions. On the exoteric level, it appears to refer merely to a prohibited fruit; yet in mystical teachings, this tree represents “hidden knowledge.” In the doctrine of gnosis, knowledge does not signify ordinary learning, but rather the realization of one’s own essence. The mystery of the Forbidden Tree lies in humanity’s acquisition of individual awareness through experiencing the consciousness of separation. For to know truth is also to bear responsibility. Thus, the Forbidden Tree becomes not the symbol of downfall, but the metaphysical symbol of awakening consciousness.
The concept of Sekine (Shekinah) signifies more than spiritual peace; it expresses an energetic field. In Sufi interpretations, sekîne is the descent of divine serenity into the inner world of the human being. Similarly, esoteric traditions speak of a protective and transformative field of energy. The Kabbalistic understanding of Shekhinah parallels this sense of divine nearness. Shekhinah is conceived as the invisible yet perceptible manifestation of the Divine Presence. As the human approaches spiritual purification, this field of serenity is experienced more intensely. Thus, Sekine (Shekinah) signifies not merely psychological calmness, but the elevation of consciousness-frequency itself.
The doctrine of the transparent body is another central esoteric concept explaining humanity’s invisible dimensions. The etheric body is regarded as the energetic template of the physical body. In Sufism, this is referred to as the latîf body. The human being is not composed solely of material organs, but also of multiple subtle layers formed from refined vibrations. Spiritual disciplines aim at the purification and strengthening of this subtle body. According to ancient teachings, the structure that survives after death is precisely this subtle body.
The symbol of Havvâ likewise possesses metaphysical interpretations extending far beyond superficial meanings. In esoteric teachings, Havvâ may represent the dimension of the nafs within the human being; yet this nafs is not purely negative. It is also connected with fertility, intuition, and creative power. The feminine principle here symbolizes universal productivity. The human spirit matures through the balance of masculine and feminine polarities. The emergence of Havvâ symbolizes the entrance of human consciousness into the field of experience as divided polar principles.
The concept of the Pole (Kutub) symbolizes the cosmic center. In esoteric traditions, this idea corresponds to the Axis Mundi, the axis connecting heaven and earth. The Pole is the invisible center where all spiritual currents converge. In Sufi interpretation, the Kutub is regarded as the axis of consciousness sustaining the spiritual order of the universe. Thus, a mystical parallel is established between the inner center of the human being and the center of the cosmos itself.
The symbol of the Hâcer-i Esved likewise carries profound metaphysical meanings. This Stone is not merely a physical object, but a symbol of cosmic origin. In esoteric interpretations, it is called the “Foundation Stone.” It is regarded as the central point of the order of creation. It is no coincidence that many mystical traditions symbolize the sacred center through a stone. The Stone here signifies continuity, memory, and the cosmic foundation.
The serpent symbol is associated in nearly all esoteric traditions with transformation and the energy of consciousness. In the Kundalini doctrine of Indian mysticism, the energy sleeping at the base of the spine is depicted as a coiled serpent. As this energy rises, the centers of consciousness awaken. The serpent also symbolizes wisdom, transformation, and rebirth. Because it sheds its skin, ancient cultures likewise associated it with immortality. Thus, the serpent becomes not a symbol of fear, but a metaphor of inner transformation.
The doctrine of the saints of the unseen is founded upon the idea of invisible guidance. In Sufi tradition, the beings known as Ricâlü’l-Gayb are regarded as hidden saints preserving the spiritual equilibrium of the world. Esoteric traditions likewise contain the idea of unseen consciousnesses guiding humanity invisibly. This understanding rests upon the notion that the universe is governed not only by visible forces, but also by invisible spiritual intelligences. Thus, humanity is understood not to be alone, but to exist within an unseen network of guidance.
The concept of the Religion of Fitrah expresses the primordial truth underlying all religions. In esoteric traditions, this is called the “Primordial Tradition.” According to this understanding, human nature is inherently oriented toward truth. Though religions have assumed different forms throughout history, they all contain the same metaphysical core. Fitrah signifies the pure state of consciousness brought by humanity at creation. No matter how dispersed the human becomes within the external world, there always remains within him a longing to return to this primordial truth.
When all these symbols are considered together, it becomes evident that ancient teachings present a unified map of consciousness. From the Tree of Life to the saints of the unseen, all these symbols convey that the human being is not merely a physical entity. Humanity is a multilayered mirror of consciousness standing between the visible world and invisible truth. All mystical paths ultimately seek to guide the human toward rediscovering this forgotten center within.
